did you ever try Skinny Cow ice cream pops? they are great.
BUT read the disclaimer.
It reads that the product will act as a diuretic if you have more than one...
but it only takes one.
so beware.
who ever heard of such a thing!

Hence the name "Skinny" Cow. Do they market to young women with eating disorders. "Eat this and it takes care of itself!" ??? :-\\

I guess it's a good way to eat ice cream and get rid of water weight all at the same time. Multi-tasking dairy products.......we need more of these.

I was thinking the same thing; and they are so good i might have to get some anyway. I 'll just be sure I don't have to go anywhere after I eat it.

It's the artifical sweetner they use. Sortibol if I recall correctly. In the UK years ago it was used in a sugar-free mint called Cool Mints. They printed on the packet that you shouldn't eat the whole packet in one day.
