S.O.P. at Boston's old Exeter Street Theatre (long gone now, *sniff*) during midnight screenings of TRHPS was to shout "A**HOLE!" whenever Mr. No-Neck-Chicken-Forehead invaded the screen.

I remember those days. Though for us it was the Waverly in Manhattan. My first RHPS experience: summer, 1977.
