Subject: Looking for a CD! HELP!

I need some help, there is this new album that just came out with in the last two months that I am having a hard time finding.
The album has the following:
A photo of a orange washer and dryer that is outside, and there is someone sitting on top I think.
The album seems to begin with either a number, or the letter A or the letter B.
Anybody know?

I swear I've seen this, but it wasn't a memorable CD, so I forgot it.. it was within the past, like, 3 days, too.

bump.
The "artist name" either began with an A or B, not the album name.
It is some type of alternative indie rock / lo-fi
I remember reading the review, and it had something to do with peace of that nature.
This is a 2006 release.
