I've got a hunch it might be causing some problems. The chat is still there, the user list just isn't visible until you log in.

I noticed that... I was like, "What's this?" and so I clicked on it to find out. It was just slow for me just now, but that's not an issue.
I figured the "users in chat" might've been removed because some lurker was invading it every night. ::)

So is that why the forum has been a little slow as of late? ???
