My brother and his wife to be (Scott and Christy) were interviewed by KCBS, and you can listen to them on this podcast. You may need Quicktime on your computer to hear this.
My brother lives on the cliff that is currently red-zoned (no one can enter the site). They have been displaced from their homes and my brother and fiance are two of them.

Here's a picture - Their complex is the main one you see nearing the end of the cliff. They're place was at the very top (penthouse)
