On this first day of April, I feel pretty good ;)

So frustrated with my kids (especially my son) today.  I took them to the store and they acted so bad.  I left my daughter with my husband and took my son to the car for being so bad.  He sat in the car seat screaming at the top of his lungs, I'm sure people must have thought I was beating him.

Okay, I'm slightly confused....I just checked my "permits" for school (for certain classes, you need special permission) and there are 2 there.....one for an English class I've never registered for (and DOUBT I'm going to take because I've already filled that "category" and have no desire to take more "Victorian Lit" classes ;D) and the second is for a co-requisite for the teaching program (clinical experience), but the co-requisite class is not listed so I'm not sure if I need to go ahead and register for the one that is or not ???  My registration slot is tomorrow afternoon and I probably won't have time to talk to my counselor today to ask her about it :-\\

For about 20 whole minutes I was in the same room as the dreaded Jessica last night.. and we were civil.. so I feel quite good about that.

Went to the ball game then went over to Ron's and watched Wrestlemania off of his Tivo dealy. A good night.

So yesterday was April's fool,right? After thinking about who would be the lucky one that got pranked this year,i decided on my ex-boyfriend,we're sort of friends again but i still hate him enough to make him suffer a little,so we meet up for lunch and i'm close to tears the entire time...Me:"i have something to tell you,but i don't know why,snif,snif" Him: "just say it,you know you can tell me everything" more fake tears from me and "i'm pregnant with your baby", his face went so white,for real i thought he would faint,it was hilarious,he goes on to say:"don't worry,we'll make it work.I'll stick by you",i start to feel bad,'cause he seems like he's gonna pick a name for the baby next. So i tell him it's a joke,he almost killed me ;D
So why is he dumb? We broke up almost 6 months ago,if i was pregnant,i would have a considerable bump by now,not so easy to hide when yesterday i was wearing some really low rise jeans and a tank top ::)

So,i apologise,not all men are dumb,only the lucky ones that dated me are!

I'm feeling torn right now.  A really good job was just posted here at the district, and I want to apply for it, but I don't want to leave my current boss.  He is a wonderful man, and I feel like I'd be deserting him.  My husband is a contractor and has horrible insurance, and the new job has teriffic benefits.  It would be totally worth it that way, but I'm really happy where I am and I'm afraid I'll regret it.

Any advice?

It's more than I'm making right now, and definitely more work though probably not difficult.  It's mostly the benefits that I'm after - you can't beat them.

I'd take the job.  I know you love your current boss and don't feel jazzed about getting a new one, but if the benefits are that good, and they are miles above what you are currently getting......the risk is worth the reward.

I'm thinking the same thing.  I think the biggest hurdle for me will be telling my boss.  The only silver lining is that I would actually be working for HIS boss, so we might be able to work something out where I could do both jobs.  That would be sweet.  It's doubtful that it would work, but it would be cool if it could.  And I'd STILL get half the summer off...

On April 1st, I didn't play any tricks on anyone because I retuned home from my grandfather's house and went out for a drink and a bit of shopping. Yesterday I felt really upset and moody because my Link Woker Eva went out with another Service User for a few hours and that made me jealous. I must've let my emotions get the better of me or put it down to PMT.

He's going to fight this one because the cop stopped him for doing 35 in a 25 MPH zone.  Well, right in front of my husband's truck was a 35 MPH sign, but the cop said he had to be past the sign, he was still in a 25 MPH zone.   :-\\

We'll see how that goes.

I usually get those kind as well.  Every once in a while I'll get one that will knock me on my behind, but they are *knock on wood* not as frequent since I started meds a few years ago as a preventative.  Everyone is amazed at how well I function with one, but most of the time I have no choice cuz hubby's out of town and there's noone else to watch the kids :-\\

Feeling a little queasy and have a headache.  I don't know why I let things that have nothing whatsoever to do with me personally get to me.  I have got to learn how to just ignore things if they don't involve me, however at present time my "inner peacekeeper" is totally rattled.  I hate being that way.  ;D

It just means you're a good person who cares about others.  Yeah, it's a pain in the butt sometimes, but the world could certainly use more people like you in it.

I feel like I need a soothing cup of hot tea, with a small slice of lemon & sugar before i go to bed. It's been an unusual day with different emotions all mixed together.

Feeling a little better today, still didn't get a whole lot of sleep.  I didn't want to take a Melatonin because I have to drive about an hour each way later today and I don't want to be groggy for the drive (although it can be fun to try to keep yourself awake while driving.  wheeeeeeeeeeee)

If I don't get this job,My job coach has thought of McDonalds but I told him that I feel McDonalds is humiliating and I don't want to be flipping burgers and cleaning tables,I'd prefer something like a supermarket or Drug Store type setting to get my foot in the door.
