I think it would be more confusing the old way for newbies.  Alot of the general interest boards had little traffic, thus giving the appearance of inactivity

That was the purpose of the change-so it would be less confusing for newbies. Before there were so many boards to navigate, this way there are fewer and people can find things easier.

Howard, I would love to make changes like this one, however, the ask board is where it should be. It is directly underneath the Welcome board, and in it's description it says to use the Ask board below. Plus, the PPP was moved back to it's original spot because I made the mistake of putting the Off_Beat Oddities in the wrong spot.

It looks like number of new topics and messages jumped way up yesterday, and today will finish out to be the busiest in over a month.

It was a good idea, and I'm glad Tam had the time to help carry it out.
