So what are your typical work hours? I was just thinking about this and wondering who works the most out of all of us inthe00's members.

As for mine...I only work part-time right now, so I am usually at work about 3-4 nights a week. I average about 20 hours a week, give or take a few.

4 days a week, 6 and a half hours.

It's Sunday through Tuesday, and then Thursday.. all nights 4 P.M. to 10:30 P.M.

I also occasionally get called in.. I don't always go (it is optional), but sometimes I wind up going in a few other nights a week.

37 and a half hours a week.

I'm supposed to work a 74 hour fortnight.  There is a flexitime scheme so any extra I work i can take as a half or full day flexi leave.  Generally though if I work extra one day I'll do a shorter day the next.

My regular job is 40 hrs a week Mon through Fri 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and I am looking for a part-time job on top of that.


In the fall, I teach 1-2 classes which occur after work.  This fall I will definitely have a 5:00 Tuesday class and I hope that my 6:00 (Tuesday) section will open up.

I work some of the national tests (ACT, PCAT, etc.) which take place on Saturday mornings.  Those usually go 7:30 a.m. until 1 or 2 p.m.

I am a temp worker (for now, until I can get a permanent job), so I work maybe 2 or 3 days a week, for the typical 8am - 4pm

The last lengthy job I had, I worked as a temp for the Government for about 2 years, and there, I was on the night shift 4pm - 12am and I loved it. 

Whenever I'm needed.

Monday Tuesday, Thursday , Friday 9:30 to 4:30. I'm part time only with Wednesdays off. I'm looking for another job.

I tend to set my own hours.

I'm basically expected to do at least 35 hours every week, but I usually find myself doing around 40.

The times I work has a lot to do with the people I need to see, I usually work on the weekend because a) I can get all of my paperwork done without having other people in the office, it's not that I dislike them, it's just I work better with nobody else around and b) Because if I tell people I work on the weekend, they never expect me to help out with anything.  ;)

I usually work in the evenings because my job entails collecting information that is generally more accurate the later in the day I receive it, but sometimes if I happen to wake up really early I'll just go in some time in the morning.

Basically, I make sure that I show my face enough so that It seems like I work regular hours, but I do my best to avoid working at the same time as my co-workers.  ;D

4 days A week 20-25 hours at $8.00 an hour.

with 2 days off.

Wedensday and Thursday, 1-5.

Monday thru Friday 8 hours per day 10am-6:30pm  it's a great shift because I miss all the bad commute traffic and my 26 mile drive to work is smooth and stress free and it's scenic. 

I'm helping to deconstruct a church building.

Three days a week:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Eight and a half hours (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM).

I work Monday through Friday, usually around 10am-6pm. I am actually a scheduled part-timer, but since I work on commission, they allow me to come in a little earlier than my scheduled time.

I was working a 2 week shift schedule, 12 hour shifts.  36 hours one week, 48 the next week.

I quite the job and am now unemployed.  Im taking the month of July off to figure out what I want to do. 

I work monday thru friday, 8:00-6:00 usually.

And alot of travel.

Full time. 8.30am - 5.00pm  Mon-Fri - plus around three hours travel a day on top of that  :P

I get paid standard hours of 36.75 hours a week, but usually work about 45 I would estimate.

Our glorious government ( ::)) brought in things called workplace/certified agreements some years ago which enabled employers to do away with such concepts as paid overtime.  Twits.

Travel to and from work is about 3 hours a day as well.

I work 9-5, m-f.

but i do a lot of driving and moving around during the day so it's not really like a 'regular" office day.

I work M, W, Th, Fr, & Sun  7-4, 7-3 and 7-2.  They've been really picky about getting overtime, so any more than that has to be okayed by management, which doesn't happen very often. I hate working Sundays. I wish I had a mon. thru fri. job with weekends off.  :(

Mon.- Fri. 7:00am - 3:30pm, 8 hrs. with a 1/2 for lunch for the past 21 years.

About 15 hours per week between Thu & Sat. Sundays are off. Mondays to Wednesday I'm studying/slacking off.

15 hours pay ain't much, but on top of my Student Allowance (not much) it's not too bad.

Cancer doesn't have typical hours, so I kill it when I can :D :D :D

40 hours per week.  Give or take an hour or two.  I do not have a set schedule, every week is different.

I am in the federal government so I have flexitime hours.

I usually start work at 9.30ish and have an hour lunch and leave when I have finished whatever I am doing - anytime between 3.30 and 7pm. I have at least 2 days off each fortnight.

Travel time to work - 10 minute walk.

I have been on paid sick leave since mid May - havent decided when I will go back yet. Am recovering from fairly extensive surgery so it just depends on my healing times.

I am already hating daytime TV !!!!!!!!!!

Part Time 20-25 hours a week.
