Subject: Mini-tornadoes strike parts of UK

A series of mini-tornadoes have struck communities across England, witnesses have said.
Residents reported that heavy gusts of wind have uprooted trees and caused damage to homes and vehicles.
The Met Office confirmed that a mini-tornado hit Northampton, where an empty school bus was damaged by falling branches.
Similar conditions were reported in Derby, Luton, Nottinghamshire, Hampshire and the West Midlands.
