It is bright and sunny here in Massachusetts, but the famous groundhog "Punxsatawney Phil" is the bellwether.  We are anxiously awaiting word.

its a huge day on staten island.

our groundhog said that spring is coming!

here is the story of my husband and friends and how they wrote a song just for our groundhog; sang it for the mayor and ended up in billboard magazine.

Who cares if he saw his shadow,Heck, it doesn't even feel like winter now with temps in the upper 40-low 50's towards the middle of the week.

I've seen it lots of times. I know Comedy Central was airing a day-long marathon of the movie last year.

I think the first time I saw it was in October 1993, right after it had been released on video.

I expect it would enjoy these if it found some growing in your garden.  Probably more likely to eat young trees and other common plants

Should Is the Connecticut Chuckles vegetarian since he is the equivalent of Punxsatawney Phil.

All woodchucks (groundhogs) are vegetarian as far as I know, though I haven't done a survey
