Uh...I really don't have anything to say here other than I think of it every time the add comes on for the new Dr. Seuss movie.
Willie Horton Hatches the Egg was one of my early reading primers.

there'a cartoon version that's been out for a long time of "Horton Hears A Who" and it was good, but I haven't seen it in a very long time

A Dr.Suess stop animation movie with characters that look like Suess characters!!! :)
A lot better than that darn Grinch movie with Jim Carrey. :P

Definitely! When I watched the trailer for it, I actually got a few goosebumps over it all.
Then of course, it reminded me of how old I really am, and that made me sad :(
Still can't wait though! 8)

I was thinking that it does the whole concept of a Dr. Suess book justice.

Yes, I remember the band and the CD, but my association of the Seuss Horton with Willie Horton predates that. My joke in '88 was "Willie Horton Hatches the Egg." Then that band came along in the '90s. Mediocre minds think alike.
