Well, I am down to a month before we move to NY State.
It is crunch time which means all those little things that I have been putting off have to be taken care of now.
I am definitely not looking forward to the cross-country drive, but we have to get our vehicle there somehow! ;)
I will be on from time to time, but of course can't guarantee anything.
I will try to keep y'all posted about our status and such, and once we have everything connected at the new place - I will be back full force!

We are going to UpState New York - about an hour north of Syracuse.
This will definitely make it easier to meet up with the Eastern inthe00s members!

Erin - I will most likely see you first, since there isn't a single Sonic in New York State - the closest is in Pennsylvania! :o ;D

I have one week left of internet. The movers come and pack us up on the 26th. We haven't decided if we are going to keep the router in order to use the laptop, so it might be hit or miss for me around here for about a month or so - if not longer.

I am definitely looking forward to moving - I know Texas isn't the only place that gets bad storms, but seriously, I would rather put up with snow squalls and such than what we have had here lately.

Maybe before summer is out - some of us could get together at one of the theme parks up that way!....

Well, we finally made it safe and sound.

The drive cross country wasn't so bad. After we got the cats and dog settled, it was pretty much an easy run. Surprisingly, the cats were easier than the dog. As long as one cat was on the cooler and the other was in front of the a/c vent, we were good. The dog on the other hand insisted on having her back window open and refused to leave the dang cats alone! That's what happens I guess!! ;D

So we are here, sitting in a hotel. Gonna look for a place tomorrow, but not taking anything right away because we still might get post housing... blah blah blah - and on it goes.

Once we are moved in, then I will be back with tons of pictures and such!
