Today in Ontario Canada was a new law put into affect!
"You get caught drinking & driving 1st offence".......
Jail term (30 days)
Kiss the car & licence Good - Bye forever!!
The car is impounded & sold off....Cops or MADD can do what ever with the sales
of the car & The sap would still have to make payments on it or declare Bankruptcy
Or it could be a rental & the person would be held liable for the loss of the car!!!....(buy more crack!!??!)
