I've asked this before but new members means new answers.

Is it
"Someone's in the kitchen with Dinah, Someone's in the kithen I know"
or

"some one's in the kitchen with Dinah, some one's in the kithen; I know"

In other words is the singer aware that Dinah isn't alone in the kitchen or does the singer actually know the person who is in the kitchen with Dinah... this has always bugged  me.

In the Book of Genesis, it says that "Cain knew his wife." Who was his wife? From what was already written, there were only 3 people then.  ???

I have my Bible out and Cain knew his wife after he smoteth Abel.  Heh, I said smote...

No explaination for Cain's wife.  After Cain murders his brother God sends him running to "...the land of Nod on the east of Eden."  Then simply states, "And there Cain knew his wife, and she conceived and bare Enoch..."

I never caught that before.  There's only supposed to be four humans, including Abel, on the entire planet...

In the song Let It Snow, the first verse ends with the line:

"Since There's No Place To Go, Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow."

Then two verses later it states:

When we finally kiss goodnight, How I'll hate going out in the storm!

Well, isn't that going someplace?

Is it
"Someone's in the kitchen with Dinah, Someone's in the kithen I know"
or
"some one's in the kitchen with Dinah, some one's in the kithen; I know"

In other words is the singer aware that Dinah isn't alone in the kitchen or does the singer actually know the person who is in the kitchen with Dinah... this has always bugged  me.

And either way, since the kitchen isn't an environment conducive to the performance of music, one must speculate as to what's being euphemized by the expression "strummin' on the old banjo".

It's Dinah's mum singing with two of her friends.  So really it's

Someone's in the kitchen with Dinah
I know
I know

Someone's in the kitchen with Dinah
Strumming the ole banjo

If you approached a house you never visited before in the winter, there are two entrances, one has a walkway shoveled & the other entrance has snow piled up in front of it-which one would you go to?

This is not trick question. The other day we had someone come to our front door-that we never use and the snow is piled up in front. You can see where the snow came up to that person's calf or so as they tracked through the snow. I just don't understand why they didn't go to the door where it is obviously shoveled for people to get in & out of.

I would go to the one that has snow piled up but it would depend on how much accumalative snow that area would get.

It would be very dangerous if the snow wasn't shoveled.

Then why did you say that you would pick the door that wasn't shoveled and the snow was piled up in front of it?

How about more than what Pathmark pays me? Let's say $9.00 an hour?  ???
