If you want to participate in the Christmas card exchange, you can leave a message on here.  I will try and edit this post each day and list all of the people participating in the card exchange so everyone can just refer back to it rather than scroll through tons of posts.  Then all you have to do is PM the people on the list and get their address to send them a card.

Down with the flu, I'm afraid. And it hit me quite hard. Maybe because I already had an inflammation of some sort, I'm not sure. Been fighting things for a week and a half now. Still not feeling too well, although the meds I got DO work.

My mom never trusted me all my live and I don't believe she ever will.  21 was too young for me to be crossing the street.  It's her way or the highway still although over the span of all my life she's quieted down.  As a disfuntionally raised cancer survivor, I am pleased with the way I have been handling my situation so far. 

I sent four of them over the weekend and I will be writing a few more of them today and tomorrow.

I gained 2 pounds, Hershey sucks and those Double Decker bars are to die for.  I found a shop in town that sells things that are British, I'm going to buy out the poor guys candy section. ;D

I was in AZ and the lines at the post office near m y mom's house is always sooooo long.. .and the people working are always soooo slow..

then when I came home I was going to have to drive 36 miles (round trip) on my days off and at that point I figured Christmas had already past so why make the trip to town just for some cards.... not that I don't love you guys but I just didn't have it in me to make the journey.  ;)

No, we could never have a tiff with the Netherlands.  We're may be uncivilized in some areas but we're not THAT uncivilized.

Heartfelt thank you for the beautiful cards I got from Cat & Carlos, Belle, Karen, Q and Henk.  I thank you all so very much.  Also, if I didn't already thank Patty, Ash and Gis, I am terribly sorry.  December was a rough month and I'm afraid it affected my manners.  I appreciate and love every single card I received and the friendships I have made here.  Please forgive me for my deliquent thank yous.
