Subject: American states and Canadian provinces

Written By: TheReignMan99 on 05/21/18 at 10:44 am

This thread about which states and provinces are similar.

In my opinion:

"=" means similar to

*Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut = Alaska

*British Columbia = Washington (state) & Oregon

*Alberta = Texas & Montana combined

*Saskatchewan = Montana

*Manitoba = The Dakotas (North & South)

*Ontario = Minnesota & New York combined with a hint of Michigan

* Quebec = New York, Vermont & Maine combined with more French culture.

*Newfoundland and Labrador = I don't know

*Prince Edward Island. = I don't know. Maybe, Maine?

*New Brunswick & Nova Scotia = Maine.

No absolutely not.

Canada is way too far north to share similarities with Florida.

Heck, even in America, Florida is very unique. Florida is like it's own universe...almost ;D :P.

Florida is not just hot but subtropical and tropical. No part of Canada is either subtropical or tropical.

Also, many places get warm in the summer and has beaches but that doesn't mean that they can be compared to Florida.

Here in NYC, it gets really hot in the summer and there are beaches here but that doesn't mean that NYC is anything close to Florida.
