Subject: Songs with two music videos revisited

Written By: The Skuz on 04/25/02 at 02:38 p.m.

I know this subject has been brought up before, but I can't find the thread, so I'm just going to restart the list with some songs of my own.

"Bad Boys," by Miami Sound Machine.
"The Middle," by Jimmy Eat World.
"Breaking Up the Girl," by Garbage.

I know the rest of you know plenty of others.

 ;)

I AM The Skuz.

Trik Turner's "Friends and Family" has two videos.

Puff Diddy, I mean P. Daddy, er, Poop Diddly? had two videos for "All About The Benjamins" (one for the original and one for the Rock Remix)

Rod Stewart's "Infatuation" video has two different endings.

And I think "Leave It" by Yes had multiple videos.

You talking about completely different videos or just modified versions of the same video?  "Girls on Film" leaps to mind...

The one song that springs to mind for me is George Harrison's "Got My Mind Set on You."  One video has George with a bunch of stuffed and mounted animals (moving, no less!) on the wall while the other takes place in an arcade.  The first video is so much better.

Yes.  I believe there were ten of them…

Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar On Me" had 2 videos.  As did "Bringin' On The Heartbreak", although the second video was from the remixed version of the song.

Cyndi Lauper's "(Goonie's Are) Good Enough" also had 2 videos, available on The Goonies DVD

I believe (although I'm not entirely sure) that Robbie Williams' Rock DJ has got two videos (the clean one and the unclean one). I heard that the clean one just has the last 30-40 seconds wiped off.

Hmmm, surprised no one has yet mentioned the '80s classic "Relax" by Frankie Goes to Hollywood...

One by Metallica.  There is one with the clips from the movie Johnny Got his Gun, and one that is just a jam session.  I like them both, but the first one is the best.  Gets me every time.
