Subject: Who sang "Inside Out"??? HELP!!!

I found an old tape that someone made for me back in probably 1987-1989. It has the live version of a song called "Inside Out". I know it's a British maybe "one hit wonder" band. I've looked everywhere for the name of the band, but have come up with nothing! Lyrics go "you can't stop my heart from turning inside out. Try to stop my world from turning upside down..." Anyone have any ideas???

Also, I've looked on every lyric website under the song name - but none of the lyrics match. I'm sure that the song name is "Inside Out" because in the live version - they say, "This is Inside Out"
