Subject: Not many clues

There's a song/video I heard a few years back that is driving me crazy because I'm trying to find it to download and can't for the life of me remember the lyrics or the band. All I remember is a sad story about a young couple driving down the road, then out of nowhere they crash and the girl dies in his arms, kissing him goodbye. It was so sad and I cried and everything. It's been a couple of years since I heard it and now I can't remember what it was. Does it sound familiar to anyone? I know its not much to go on, but any help would be appreciated!
