During the fantasy sequence in the film "Fast Times at Ridgemont High", where Judge Reinhold is spying on Phoebe Cates while imagining her emerging topless from the pool to wrap her arms around him and kiss him passionately, there is a song playing in the background.
Couls anyone tell me the name of the song and the artist who plays it?

I'm pretty sure it was "Moving in Stereo" by the Cars.
