Subject: "Aquarius": What was that guy singing?

This concerns the "Let the Sunshine In" part of "Aquarius" by the 5th Dimension, and the things the guy is singing during this part (such as "I wantcha to sing along with the 5th Dimension", etc.)
One of the things he is singing, to me, sounds for all the world like "When you feel like you've been mistreated, and the q---r's turnin' back upon ya..."
I know that this word couldn't possibly be in that song, but I just haven't figured out what it is he is singing. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I just dragged out the sone and had a listen, but sorry, for the life of me I can't understand what is being said at that point.
Also serached on the net, but could only find the common lyrics, not the talk-over parts.

Thanks for the suggestion. It just sounds like he sings about 1 or 2 words more than that to me, though.
