There's about two or three songs on the top ten weekly list that have been at this site for about a year now.

yeah, if an old parody is suddenly spotted by a group of people, it might bump it back into the voting results.. I'll check to make sure there's no funny business

are those all by the same person? I think I know what you're talking about and I'm going to keep an eye on it..
there's actually very few votes on everyone's parodies as a whole from the looks of it...

Some parodies on the Top 10 weekly say that they have 16 or 17 votes, but then when you click the link of the parody, some of them have like 80 votes! I think something is wrong... most of them are William Tong's songs, but I don't think he would inflate his votes like that.
I really don't care about the voting ranks, who is #1, who is #10, or whatever; it was just an observation.

tong just gets people from his political site i guess. i mean... they see his good stuff and vote for it. i really doubt it's inflation... 16 votes on a song in a week is pretty average it seems for a top 10 song. somewhere between 10-20 is normal i would think. at least that's what our songs have been getting

YEah, I wouldnt say that Tong has some evil involved, maybe his website just got mensioned on some more famous website or in a magizene, and that would certainly explain the increase in votes. I dont have a website with my songs on it. Maybe I should...

What I mean is that the voting results page says some songs have like 16 votes on them, but when you open them up, they have like 80 votes. Has the voting results page just not been updated for awhile or something?
I know for sure that William Tong wouldn't inflate his votes, because there are a few other songs by a few other artists (S.T.G.'s "AmIRight" and a couple others I think), and I know that THEY wouldn't inflate their votes, either.

It may have 80 votes, but the 16 votes all came from the past week. That's the way the voting system works.
