Subject: Favorite parody artists' parodies

Written By: STG on 10/06/02 at 08:01 p.m.

This one was basically for me, but some people have a lot of time so here's the question.

Out of all the parodies each artist does, which are your top three of each one.

Parody Artists:
Lebeiw15
Junior
Mike Florio
Bill Florio

Lebeiw15 (I didn't know a bunch of the originals well):
1. Just Vote on my Parody
2. McDonalds
3. Vanilla C0ke

Junior (These three done with me and STG)
1. 3 PC's and one E-Bay
2. Road Trip
3. Log onto amiright (for parodies)

Mike Florio:
1. Down at McDonalds
2. Afghanistan Pie
3. (wow, all the other songs I either don't know or are political parodies... I'm Canadian and I don't read US political parodies because I don't really get them (or just don't care, lol))

I was going to choose the three favorites of mine, but thats not really possible... you see, all writers write songs that they themselves are going to find funny, therefore I happen to like all of my songs pretty much equally. My favorite parodies of everyone else are the ones most like what I would write; of bands I like or about nonsensical subjects. Here are three I suggest you check out if you havent already:

1. Back on Smack (Back in Black)
2. Leave me alone dough-boy (lookin out my back door)
3. Best Dessert (Last Resort)

To everyone else... sorry I didn't get to yours yet.

My non-political ones completly over-ride my political ones... and surely there are more non-political ones you know...I mean even I hate my political ones!

Hey Junior, what song was that parody after?  I think Weird Al did that in the 80s...

I can't look for all of them now...but my favourite one at the moment is the 'Bad' spoof about Darth Vader...I forget who wrote it! It's knocked 'Cleanin' Out My Office' off the top spot!

Same name, different parody. Weird Al did a parody of Michael Jackson's "Bad" back in the 80s...some parody artist by the name of "JuniorPancake" (no relation) parodied "I'm Real (Murder Remix)" by Jennifer Lopez and Ja Rule.
