How do you get alot of votes?? I tried to a popular song but still only 6 votes. I thought it was a really good idea and good parody, TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK. Its a parody of Ludacris's "Roll Out (My Business)". Its "Girl Scout (My Cookies)". I don't have the time to write 3-4 parodys a week but i'm gonna try to get 1 parody up every other week. I'll have other one up by saturday. Also, no i'm not amish but our family sure acts like it.

Um... well theres no one way to get more votes...you just have to parody a song that people know, and make it a funny parody with good pacing..but dont base your parodies around the fact of trying to get more votes....If you want more info onthis, read the articles By Tong, STG, and next week Darkjon...they go over all this stuff

Well its not quite the song that makes it...its also not quite the pushing for it or leading up to it...Its just a matter of if it is a good parody or not! The song doesnt matter, the time you submit it doesnt matter...Its just the way you write it. If it sux, but its to a famous song, its not going anywhere! However, if its to an unknown song, and its written perfectly to fit it, its gunna be a hit! And also, you shouldnt worry soo much about votes, its all a matter of if you like it when you submit it! Afterall, its your song!

just go on what you know and what songs you listen to. get your own style of writing, don't write for others just to get votes, IMO that's a sell-out. i did quite a lot of popular songs that people would know but yet not that many votes. the most I have on one song is "Cause I'm Too White" parody to Afroman "Cause I Got High". that one has 32. i thought that was hilarious. and besides, not many people will vote on rap parodies, but they usually are the best if the write is good.
