Subject: 32 votes is a lot for one week...

Maybe it's just me, but has Spongebob grown so popular that 32 people vote for it in the first week?  I'm not accusing anything, maybe I need to start watching the show... but the pacing wasn't that great...

while Spongebob Squarepants is quite popular at the moment, this parody is the result of voter fraud.. second time for this parody author no less.. looks like I should have just banned him from the site like I was going to before, since he clearly isn't listening..

Well thats a bit cruel, isnt it?  Gheto Jon does have some real funny parodies.  Maybe you can take voting away from all of his songs, but thats just a suggestion...After all, I dont write for the votes

I know, maybe that's what I'll have to do.. usually people who decide to inflate their rankings never learn, and just keep doing it.. so the only way to counter it is to take it away completely..

What song are you guys talking about?  I can't find it.

I look at votes on my songs as feedback on how well I did on it.  What's the point of giving yourself 32 votes if you're not getting accurate feedback?

I deleted his vote data last night, so it already filtered back to where it belongs..

Speaking of voter fraud, have you checked out Robert Pagliaro's parodies' votes yet, 'cause they look kinda fishy to me...

I hate myself for caring about this.

Hmmm... i just checked them out.. they DO look fishy, especially with 30-40 votes on each of them, and they are all like straight 4.7's through 5.0's...

YEah, I realized that too, it seems that whenever he puts something out, they flood out the charts with a whole lot of votes.

yeah, his look faked as well.. has he done it again recently? I noticed it once and let it slide, since it didn't look like he did a lot, but if he's still doing it, all his votes are going bye-bye..

why do these people bother? it wastes my time, and it's not like no one notices.. looks like I'll need to either stop accepting new submissions from certain individuals, or just flag their parodies to turn off voting for all their parodies.
