Subject: To Meredith from inappropriate lyrics on Superchic

TEXTURLMered
ith, I would like to point out a flaw in your understanding of the lyrics to "One Girl Revolution" by Superchic. The Lyrics do not say "I am confidence and insecurity", but in fact say "I am confidence IN insecurity" as in the light in the dark or black on white. May I make a suggestion?  The next time you want to criticize a songs' lyrics, check the actual lyrics instead of going by what you understand because obviously, you don't understand.  Superchic is NOT inappropriate. All their lyrics are understandable and have a meaning behind them. Plus, the people from Superchic are really sweet people. Another tip: Don't pick on people williing to serve God openly and spread his word through music. Although this song may not speak about God, it still has a purpose. Please keep all these things in mind the next time you TRY to play judge, okay? Thanks!
Sincerly,
Amanda

It says this on the top of the nonsensical lyrics page, please read carefully:

" that to the casual listener they make no sense. This is a fairly subjective subject, just because a fan might understand some obscure lyric, doesn't mean the rest of us can figure the damn thing out."

I guess you could say the same for the innapropriate lyrics.
