Subject: Yearly voting

Hey Chuck,

Just a thought, have you ever thought of putting up a top ten (or 50) yearly voting list?  Something to fill the gap between monthly and "overall" voting results.

Just curious.

hmm.. you know, when I wrote the original voting tally scripts, the site had only been up long enough to generate a month or two worth of votes.. a year look seems like a decent idea.. but I wonder how much it would vary from the overall votes..

I've actually been thinking about setting up something to generate a voting history, what songs made the top 10 each day, and how often a song reached the charts, etc. it's just a lower priority than the commentary feature, and fixing the misheard lyrics archive to be more complete.

My curiosity of how much the yearly voting would differ from the overall voting was what prompted me to ask, actually.  I would think some of the older songs would drop a bit.
