Subject: don't know if this is late 80's or early 90's song
I can only remember the line "find a way to make you love me, girl....." something like that, that's all I can remember. Sounds like it may be an early 90's R & B song. Anyone know the title and artist???

um.. it can sometimes take a day or two before someone recognizes a song.. you might need to wait a little longer than five minutes

Sorry, been away for a while. :-) Your "mystery song" is most likely "Runaway Love" by Johnny O., a minor hit here in the U.S. in the Winter of '94. Apparently it was just a one-off single; there was no album at the time. The original 1994 recording of "Runaway Love" has since appeared on CD on many '90s freestyle dance compilations, but beware of the later "Remix '97" version...
