Subject: the name of an obscure band

this is a tough one. i only heard this band once, rock with alot of
synthesizers. one of the songs mentioned the empire state building
either falling into the sea or river. the songs ran together, speeding
up and slowing down. its pretty hard to describe, thats all i've got.
