Subject: Comments appear to be picking up

I'm starting to notice an uptick in the amount of comments being left for parody authors.. you know if you're a parody author, and leave comments for other authors, they might check out yours and do the same..

Ya know, funny thing is, a lot of the comments in my comments file are from older parodies rather than new.. I highly reccomend having Chuck add a comments section to all your parodies, not just newer ones.  You get a ton more feedback that way!

Hey chucky,
I'd like comment sections on my other parodies too.
How is that process done?

Hey Chucky

I might be missing something here but...
Why do some parodies have a comments section and others don't?

about a month ago I added a check box during submission, which if you check it, adds a commentary field at the end of your parody. The philosphy being, some people who write parodies of a "controversal" nature, may not want to know what kind of comments people would like to leave for them.. judging from the people who have sent me email about William Tong in the past, I don't blame them...

If you want commentary fields added to your older parodies, leave me a private message. It takes a little time on my part to do a search/replace for the field that needs to be checked, but not very long (I automated it with a macro). I actually have a ton of corrections from someone, so I need to download a copy of the database this week anyways to make some modifications.. I usually prefer to do a couple at once anyways...

No worries, I'll check the box next time I write one!
