Subject: Peggy Lee parody

Written By: Lorne Goldlbum on 02/17/03 at 09:49 a.m.

Looking for the name of the artist and title to a song I heard on the radio here in Toronto back in the early 80"s. It was a parody of Peggy Lee's "Fever". Most likely named "Tumour". The artist is a
female who sounds as if she might be French. The lyrics are almost identical to the original except the word tumour is subsistuted for the word fever. EG: "Never knew how much I loved
you. Never knew how much I cared. When you put your arms around me. You give me tumour that's so hard to bare. You give me tumour in the morning, tumor all throught the night..." any help will be greatly appreciated.

The song in question is mystery song #2. Mystery song #3 is a cover of Warm California Sun, I need to know the name of the artist. Mystery songs 1 and 2 have been identified.
