Anyone know the name of the song in the music video where Rod stewart is walking alongside a woman (fast paced) and the camera angle is between the girls legs showing him singing as he's walking alongside? I know it was a fast song and had a few "babys" in it.

I listened to it and it's not it. This Video is of a newer song. Hot legs was in 1977, I don't think they were making music videos then. I would say that this video was made in the late 90's if not later. The song has something to do about wanting a girl's attention somehow. I can almost hear it.

there were videos being made back then..especially by rod stewart....
Hot legs definitly has a video in which Rod is looking through a girls legs.....he also has early videos for "You're in my heart", "Tonights the night", "Da ya think Im sexy", "Maggy May", "Atlantic crossing", and a few more

When you said he was singing about wanting to get a girl's attention, I immediately thought of "Infatuation". It came out in the early 80's and Kay Lenz (the former wife of David Cassidy) was the actress that Rod Stewart was "spying". In the video you see him looking through a camera with a telephoto lens and watching her undress in a room across the way from his. Could this possibly be the song you're looking for? It is a fast-paced song. :)
