Subject: Looking for Eddie Murphy lyrics

Written By: LyricBoy on 03/08/03 at 01:26 p.m.

I remember (probably 15-20 years ago) Eddie Murphy did an album spoof of Buckwheat of the Little Rascals.  I think the album was called "Buckwheat Sings the Classics"

Anyone know where I can get the lyrics?  There was one tune called "Wookin' Pa Nub".

Am having a party soon and want to have a song sheet.

The lyrics were placed at the bottom of the screen in "The Best of Eddie Murphy" video from Saturday Night Live, with the sketch. Renting the video to acquire the lyrics may be your best bet.

I don't think he actually released an album.. I think he did an informercial sketch on SNL, as if he had released an album.. I never thought anyone would seriousily want to own such a thing.. guess I was wrong  ;)

Darn. :'(  A buddy of mine is a huge Eddie Murphy fan and he swears there was actually an album released.  The only parts that I can remember are:

"Wookin' Pa Nub"
"Unce, tice, fee tines a Mady"

I checked on eBay and couldn't find anything. :-[
