Subject: Pet Shop Boys and Paninaro

Two Questions:
1. What does "paninaro" mean?
2. Is there two versions of this song. I´ve checked out the lyrics and the version I have does NOT include this part, and pieces similar too it:
(I don't like Country & Western.
I don't like rock music.
Ehm, I don't like, I don't like Rockabilly.
- Rock'n'roll in particular -
I don't like much, really, do I?
But what I do like, I love passionately)
but there´s another spoken/rapped part at the end instead.
Does anyone have any information on this, and if possible, a link to the other set of lyrics.
