Subject: Pop/rock song with lots of Harmonica in the 1990's

Does anybody know the name of a popular pop/rock song that was played on the radio in the late 90's which had the lyrics;

"get out, get out of this town"

A harmonica was played loudly during THE beginning of the song and around the time of the chorus would be sung.  The harmonica sounded like this if you were to spell out in phoenetics;

"buh-WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
buh-WEEEEEE-uh-WEEEEEEEEE-WEEEEEEEEE-WEEEEEEEEE!"

I know it was a popular song during the 90's because I've heard it on the radio quite a few times and it was frequently played on the satellite radio setups in restaraunts and stores but never I heard the name of the song.

It was more of an uplifting pop/rock song.  It's the kind of song a person would listen to on a rainy day while driving down the road.   It's kind of hard to tell whether it's a man or woman singing because the voice is kind of overshadowed by the music.  It has kind of a John Mellencamp-ish/Indiana/Midwest beat to it but I don't think it's him.

I can't get this song out of my head and it's driving me up the wall like that episode of Married With Children where Al Bundy is trying to figure out the name of a song.
