I'm not sure I know exactly what you're talking about. What is "upo"? I don't even think that's a word. Also you misspelled constipated. I don't know what you mean by "stuff up song" either. Maybe you should be more specific

I assume that "stuff up" means "send-up."  ???  If so, there are probably dozens of "Complicated" parodies titled "Constipated."  There are several just on Amiright.  A lyric snippet, parody author/artist or exactly where the song was seen or heard might be helpful in narrowing it down, unless it's a DJ or local artist version that's played exclusively on a small FM station or local watering hole, somewhere close to nowhere.  No telling how many of those versions might exist, given the obvious play off the title.
