Subject: christmas lyrics...why????

Written By: jd on 12/20/03 at 02:13 a.m.

I used to take old fashioned Christmas songs for granted and sang along..but now a little older I realized, while singing them to myself, I found:

'Do You Hear What I Hear'- Duh, Of course I hear what YOU hear, I AM YOU!!!

'Mary's Boy Child'- Long time ago in Bethlehem, so the Holy
Bible say, Mary's boy-child, Jesus Christ...
                        WAS BORN ON CHRISTAMAS DAY!!!
WOW! WHAT A COINCIDENCE, TO BE
BORN ON THE DAY NAMED FOR YOU!!!!

Someone explain this one???...
'Most Wonderful Time of the Year'- ...THERE'LL BE SCAREY
                                               GHOST STORIES ....??!!!

Cheers all!

Okay, my family missed out telling ghost stories for Christmas, but we always await Uncle Sam to drop off the Easter bunny for Easter.....

Relistened to the lyrics of "Most Wonderderful Time Of The Year"-  'there'll be scary ghost storIES' ....true 'A Christmas Carol',  was a pretty scary ghost STORY... did I miss ANOTHER scary ghost story told for Christmas?

 Merry, merry all...........

well, "A Christmas Carol" was a collection of three ghost stories... maybe they had the cartoon of the "Real Ghostbusters Christmas Carol" in mind as well?

Considering the real Santa Claus died years ago, any story about him depositing gifts in your house, could be considered a ghost story.
