Subject: need rare early 90's song

Written By: Kathy on 3/27/2001 at 10:11 p.m.

I am looking for a song that came out in either late 1990 or early 1991. I heard it on AFN while I was in the Persian Gulf. It may have been of a hiphop/dance style. All I can remember is that I liked the song, and I can only remember one line. It was a spoken line that said, "I feel better than James Brown. I feel better now". This line was repeated several times throughout the song. Other songs that were in heavy rotation at the time were "Friends In Low Places" and "God Bless the USA", if that helps jog any memories. Thanks!
