Subject: Song with lyrics: "A girl in trouble.."
There's an old 80s tune sung by a female that sounds like a combination of The Pretender's Hynde, Romeo Void, and The Motels - the music was kind of jazzy (a la Glenn Frey's "You Belong To The Night") and the only lyrics I could understand were: "A girl in trouble..." The rest is mumbled and kind of hard to make out. Anybody got an idea of the song title and this excellen singer? A million thanks to anyone willing to give this message the time of day. This one has been bugging me for the past month.
