Subject: Hotel California: What It Really Means

Written By: David on 8/12/2001 at 9:06 p.m.

There is a "church" in San Francisco called The First Church Of Satan. The Eagles are members of this so-called "church". (In other words, they are devil worshippers). When it was first founded, it was on California Street. There is a line in the song where the guy asks for wine. The response he gets is, "We haven't had that spirit here since 1969". Wine is a symbol of the blood of Christ; 1969 was the year when the Satanic Bible was copyrighted and released. When you read the lyrics, notice that the line "(Such a lovely face)" is in parentheses. If you open the album cover you will see a party scene. Look at the windows near the top and in the middle window you will see a guy who looks like Ming The Merciless. This is Anton LaVey, founder of the satanic "church". The song is also backward-masked with the message "Satan organized, he organized his own religion". How many people listen to this song, unaware of what it really means?
