Looks like it's by Seven Red Seven and is called "Thinking of You" (1991).
It was found on another message board.
I haven't been able to verify ( ??? ) if it's the correct song or not...

Yes, it is the correct song. I have it on CD somewhere and it's one of my favorite songs, so I recognized it right away.
