This has bothered me for a long time. It used to be on some car commercial not too long ago and then they were singing it on an episode of South Park last night.
It goes:

There's gotta be something

Yeah. Billy Preston. He played with The Beatles too, occasionally(keyboard). Hey does the solo on "Get Back", I'm pretty sure.

It's by Billy Preston and is Titled "Nothing From Nothing

I didn't do much research, but I think it might be Billy Preston's "Nothing From Nothing".
(Sorry, couldn't help myself!) ::)
