the lyrics are "in the summer their's a feeling going and it's strong enough to steal the snowman's crown. if you want to you can join in you can help to sing along. it will be our summer song" THAT SONG IS DRIVING ME NUTS

This sure sounds like a parody/take off of the Mungo Jerry song :"In the Summertime"...maybe they used it locally or as a commercial jingle but the words were diffrent in the original song.
