I googled "Celluloid Bikers" and came up with this site. Someone had listed that phrase among "nonsensical" song lyrics.ÂÂ

It's like what Louis Armstrong said about Jazz I guess...... (If you have to ask, etc)
It's a sly reference to the movie "The Wild One" (Soundtrack by Leith Stevens/Shorty Rogers) and it's influence on "Gay" fashion, etc.
