I've been looking for this one song for a long time-the lyrics in the chorus are something like "I'll see you on New Year's Eve"...I think. Anyone know what I'm talking about. It's such a sad song, but I love it.

The old song called: "What are you doing new years" but not a current song

It's an oldies rock song...maybe late 70's. Althought...it did sound kind of early 90's-ish. It is definitely a slow rock type. And not the current one.
