I can't help the original poster's question.
You may be thinking of a recent mashup: Beastie Boys ("Check It Out") vs. Primal Scream ("Loaded"), from Music Factory Mastermix 219 (Disc 2, Track 2), released 2004. Nice mash-up, I just wish they hadn't censored the "turn this.... party out" line, but I suppose everyone sings it in the club.
"Loaded" is that track that starts with "Just What Is It That You Want To Do?" sampled, and the sampled reply "We're gonna get high... we're gonna get loaded... We wanna be free to do what we wanna do", originally by Primal Scream in the... umm... a long time ago :)

No, I meant the original song Rocks by Primal Scream off ther 1994 album Give Out But Don't Give Up :)
