I CANT THINK OF THIS SONG!!! OKAY IT WAS A SONG BY THIS KID AND HE MUST HAVE BEEN LIKE 4 YEARS OLD OR SOMETHING. I SAW IT ON VH1 GREATEST ONE HIT WONDERS AND THEY TALKED ABOUT IT BEFORE COMMERCIAL BREAK IT WAS A TRIVIA QUESTION ON IT AND IT WAS A CUTE SONG BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT ITS CALLED...I CANT REMEMBER PLEASE HELP

Without knowing what decade the song was from it's hard to tell. But, one that I remember from the early 70s was by Jimmy Osmond. The song was "Long Haired Lover From Liverpool". He was about 9 or 10 years old. Here's a pic. Sorry if this isn't the one.

Maybe it was "Yo! Little Brother" by Nolan Thomas, a crappy rap like hit from the mid 80s. It was a one hit wonder

I would most likely agree with Claybricks.
I have seen the video for this, and Jordy was indeed 4, when it came out.
I was in Paris at the time, and it was very, very popular.
