It's sung by an 80s group who had twins in it.
The opening line starts with "do it"

You don't give us much to go on! I think we need to know a bit more, like:
- are we talking about a "boy band" here or was it a (rock) group?
- what kind of song was it anyway (pop/rock/soul)?
- don't you remember ANY other lyrics??
- can you at least tell us what the song was about?
- any idea as to the origins of the band (what country?)
- were they a one hit wonder (as far as you know)?
Fill those in and I'll see what I can do! :)

Not sure here but the only one i can thing of from the 80s with twins in the Proclaimers or maybe Bros??

If you mean "You spin me round (like a record)" - that was a song by Dead or Alive. Thompson Twins songs include "You Take Me Up", "In The Name Of Love" and "Doctor Doctor" to name but a few. ;)
