With the exception of Climax Blues and Howard Jones, these were all minor hits on Billboard in the 80's:
I Love You - Climax Blues Band
But You Know I Love You - Dolly Parton
La La Means I Love You - Tierra
What if I Said I Love You - Unipop
Don't You Know How Much I Love You - Ronnie Milsap
Should I Love You - Cee Farrow
You Know I Love You, Don't You - Howard Jones

"I don't know much, but I know I love you... " Don't Know Much (Linda Ronstadt & Aaron Neville)

"I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you..."  For Sentimental Reasons (Sam Cooke)

But aren't there, like, a brazillion of these?

well, yes, but that's the idea to get a 1,000 or them....your favorites....(I already had your two)...it's for a unique wedding card...a 'family tradition' we put a name that tune line or 3 on cards-letters relating to the topic/occaision....like can you pick the hit this line came from:
"though-oh you treat me badly I love you madly" & "Then you couldn’t make things new just by saying I love you" and then name the recording artist....I love the Sam Cooke one....that's 7 right there and almost impossible to name that tune...thanks! :-*

"she wrote a line or two upon the wall said I'm leaving you tho' I love you too I can't stay with you" Spinner's, maybe from Mighty Love
also like this love line: "once there was a boy and girl, boy said I love you so,  girl said I'll never leave you they grew older and left each other cause that's the way love goes", from the same group

"do what you want to do, but I love you Suzanne"

Yello - I Love You (basically the only lyrics in the song.  Nice synth background like, well, most of Yello''s stuff.)

Marvin the Paranoid Android - "Marvin, I Love You" (Great song, but it probably won't make any sense unless you have any HitchHiker's Guide to the Galaxy fans in the audience)

Howard Jones - "You Know I Love You (don't you)?" (probably the only one that'll make a playlist suitable for an audience of people who actually care about each other.  Decent poppy stuff. :)
