The song I'm asking about,one of the lines in goes "I give my love to you,all my body and soul, I give my mind to you with a love..forget the rest of it...
All I know about it is I like the song and need the artist and title to download it via Bearshare...the exact title and artist would be helpful...I had my first-ever slow dance to that tune!

I've done a little research and it seems I'm on the right track. In December 1995, "The Best Of Flaming Ember" was released (which also features the above song). The album is still available via Amazon.com (where you can also hear a sample of the song, just to make sure ;)).
